HARRISBURG (KYW Newsradio) - Embattled State Rep Nick Miccarelli has put out a statement saying while he looks forward to returning to Harrisburg on Monday, he is not looking forward to what he calls “harassment” by the “media horde.”

When the house returns to session, it will be his first appearance in the Capitol since he was accused of sexual and physical abuse by two women.

Miccarelli negotiated a deal over a Protection-From-Abuse order filed by one of them – a fellow state representative.

Under that agreement, Miccarelli is allowed to work in the Capitol, but he agreed to give up any guns.

Miccarelli maintains his innocence. He has refused to resign, but has announced he will not seek re-election.
