5 things you can do for your health

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Top five lists are always fun, but sometimes, they can also be helpful.

Here is a list of five things you can do for your health:

1. Don't smoke cigarettes and avoid all forms of delivery for tobacco.
2. Exercise and stretch for a minimum of thirty minutes per day throughout your entire life.
3. Eat and drink in moderation: almost anything in excess is not healthy.
4. Nurture hobbies and personal relationships.
5. Slow down. All of us are working at a faster pace, but this is difficult to sustain long term.

The great thing about a health list is they all work together, so there isn't one that is more important than the other.
