PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Michael is 15 years old, and he's ready to put on his chef's apron.

"(I like cooking) spaghetti, mac and cheese and everything else," he said.

He's looking forward to cooking for a forever family one day.

"I'll make lots of it," he said.

"A lot of what?" asked Gloria Hochman, with the Adoption Center.

"Mac and cheese," he said.

"That's your favorite, huh?"

Michael plays video games in his free time, but he's no couch potato. He also loves running and swimming.

But when it comes to picking a football team, his loyalties are divided.

"I like the Eagles and the Steelers," he said.

He's looking forward to Christmas, but his wish list is top secret. No one can coax it out of him — not even his social worker Alyssa Walter.

"What gifts are you hoping for this year?" she asked.

"Everything on my list," Michael replied.

"Well, what's on your list?"

"It's a secret."

"Only Santa knows," said Walter.

"Can you tell us one thing on your list?" asked Hochman?

"A radio," Michael said.

"It's a secret," said Hochman. "One hint? Nope."
