PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- A new pop-up shop with a unique concept is now open in Delaware County.

Rachel and Matt Baiada are the owners of a new pop-up shop called Moo Moo Milk Bar at 4751 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square. But it'll only be open until September 30. As for the concept:

"With this, it was really cool because we had a chance to just try something for a little while and we thought cereal was really fun," Rachel said.

"So we have cereal-flavored homemade ice cream, we have actual custom cereal bowls, we have cereal milkshakes," Matt explained. "we have Saturday morning cartoons running, we have the whole cereal theme!"

And the flavors are sure to take you back to your childhood.

"Fruity Pebbles flavored ice cream, Cocoa Puffs, Golden Grahams, Cookie Crisp," Matt said, "we have the Oreo O's cereal they brought back, Cap'n Crunch Berries, Reese's Puffs."

The Baiadas also own a Cold Stone Creamery store, so they're no strangers to the ice cream business. How does making cereal ice cream compare to other flavors?

"It's really no different when you make a cake batter flavor or a strawberry flavor," Matt said, "you're still using the same base and then you'll mix a strawberry puree or a yellow cake mix, so for this we're just using cereal!"

"A pound for each batch, actually," Rachel said.

This husband and wife team say while there are no plans to continue after the end date of their pop-up shop, they're not yet ruling it out.
