PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio)  A South Philadelphia business is taking off and it’s run by a 10-year-old with big plans.

Micah Harrigan is leveling up, not just from the fourth to the fifth grade, but also in business.

The 10-year-old CEO of Micah’s Mixx has entered the business world with a lemonade stand.

“Well, I see a lot of restaurants with different flavored things, so I decided to try to create my own different flavored things and see if it got really popular,” he explained.

He has five lemonade flavors: strawberry, watermelon, peach, blue raspberry — and regular lemonade.

Micah’s Mixx is an LLC, and business has been booming after taking to social media.

His mother helps with the marketing, as well as being his hype man.

“I take his 10-year-old ideas and just organize them,” she said.

Now, they are planning a store front and collaborating with restaurant chains, which Harrigan says brings him one step closer to being like his idol business mogul and musician Jay-Z.
