PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) —  Warrington Township Police say 31-year-old Arturo Guzman-Jimenez was arrested a little after 7 p.m. Tuesday, about an hour after a fatal hit-and-run crash on Route 611.

Police say they were able to use vehicle parts found at the scene to identify the SUV involved. They then went to a home about eight miles from where the accident occurred, and arrested Guzman-Jimenez, who will face charges homicide by vehicle while DUI, dribving without a license, and crimes related to leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

Police have not identified the person killed in the accident.

Police are looking for two drivers involved in a hit-and-run on I-676 in Camden, N.J., early Monday that left a woman dead. She was struck by three cars in front of her teenage son.

Authorities say 46-year-old Crystal Kelley and her 13-year-old son were involved in a crash on 676 around 4:45 a.m. Monday. Her car was left undriveable, so she and her son began to walk off the highway, climbing over the median.

As the two attempted to walk across the northbound lanes, Kelley was struck by three different cars. The second driver who hit her stopped, while the other two kept driving, according to New Jersey State Police.

Kelley was taken to Cooper University Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her son was treated for minor injuries he suffered in the crash, but he was not hit crossing the highway.

Investigators say they are looking for two dark-colored vehicles. One of them is believed to be a newer Nissan Maxima.
