PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police in Cherry Hill have upgraded charges against two Camden women in connection with an incident at a Wawa a couple of weeks ago.

A verbal argument on Nov. 17 at the Wawa on Route 38 went from one woman spitting on a customer from atop a counter to punching the victim. Others intervened to break up the encounter.

Police were not able to see video of the  fight until it surfaced this week on social media.

The two women, identified as 19-year-old Destiny Davis and 18-year-old Diamond Howard, were originally fined for disorderly conduct.

Now Davis is facing a charge of aggravated assault, with Howard accused of simple assault.
