The Montgomery County District Attorney's office says Taylor and the juvenile entered Sylvia Williams' home on North Washington Street to rob the house. In the criminal complaint, the juvenile says they picked that house because they thought a drug dealer lived there.

The complaint says the two entered the home, and Taylor went upstairs where Williams and her boyfriend barricaded themselves in a bedroom. The complaint says Taylor fired one shot through the wall, killing Williams. The two would-be robbers then ran from the home.
