RICHBORO, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A New Jersey man who was arrested for fighting at his own wedding is now facing charges that he sexually assaulted a waitress at the reception.

According to the criminal complaint, a teenage girl was working at the wedding reception at the Northampton Valley Country Club in Richboro on Nov. 24.

She told police that during the reception, the groom, 31-year-old Matthew Aimers of Willingboro, New Jersey, asked her to go outside to "make-out." She said no, but later that evening, she said Aimers followed her into the women's room.

She said he pulled her into a stall started kissing her against her will. He tried to unbutton her pants, she said, and then exposed himself.

The girl told police he offered her $100 and also told her to "kiss me like you mean it."

Aimers has been charged with false imprisonment of a minor, felony corruption of a minor, and indecent assault, but his attorney, Lou Busico, said Aimers denies all the allegations.

"He maintains his innocence and he looks forward to clearing his name when this matter is concluded," said Busico.

Aimers is already facing charges from a fight on his wedding night. According to that complaint, Aimers tried to fight a worker at the country club who told him he couldn’t take a drink outside. He then allegedly cursed and swung at a cop.
