CAMDEN, NJ. (KYW Newsradio) -- The next time you head to Camden's Adventure Aquarium to do some fish gazing, you may want to stay and grab a bite to eat too. The Marketplace is now open there, offering visitors a diverse menu to chose from. And it's all eco-friendly.

The restaurant has been several years in the making.

"The Marketplace is a brand new dining experience here at the Aquarium," said Andrew Turner, with Adventure Aquarium. "What we really wanted to do was elevate the guest experience from a food perspective."

Not only is freshness highlighted, but also...

"Eco-friendly, sustainable resourced," Turner explained.

Scott McGinn and Aramark are responsible for the food.

"We have kind of a made to order grill station," McGinn said, "a deli station, hot sandwich and pizza station where guests really come up, order particular items and it's made right in front of them."

A few menu item examples include the Steak 'n Crunch Salad and Baja Grilled Fish Tacos.

And all of the produce is locally sourced.
