PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- Saturday is World Health Day and people around the globe are getting the day started with fitness.

An hour of sunrise yoga began at 6 a.m. on the Observation Deck of One Liberty Place. Event organizer Timothy Patch says it sets you up for a great day.

"That kind of high that you have for the rest of your day, that sense of accomplishment, that's what you get from waking up and doing something active, doing something social," Patch said.

After yoga was a daybreak dance party on the 57th floor to really get the blood pumping. Kenna was grooving with about 250 of her new friends.

"It's fun," she said. "It's something cool and unique that you don't see every day."

Jennifer Hesser, with One Liberty Place, says the event sold out quickly.

"Have a great vantage point," Hesser said. "Do some health for themselves, wellness for their minds."

And she says there will be more outside the box fitness events on the observation deck in the near future.
