PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are still looking for the men who they say abducted a 6-year-old boy during an armed carjacking in the West Oak Lane section of the city Wednesday night.

The child was found safe, and the stolen vehicle was later found.

Cops say the 6-year-old son of the SUV's owner was inside along with another male passenger when four men — at least one of them armed — pulled the driver out.

It happened just before 5 p.m. near 75th Avenue and Tulpehocken Street.

Police say the carjackers took off in a silver 2006 Mercedes Benz 350 R SUV with tinted windows.

After the carjackers discovered the two unwelcome passengers inside, police say they dropped them off at West Cheltenham Avenue and Mayland Road, a couple blocks away.

The two walked home safely and were not hurt.
