PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Florida-based Product Quest Manufacturing is recalling CVS Health 12-Hour Sinus Relief Nasal Mist because of a bacterial contamination.

Some shipments of the clear, colorless nasal decongestant spray were found to contain Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which poses a grave threat to people with cystic fibrosis and those who are immuno-compromised. The company is not aware of any any reports of illness yet.

The product is packaged in a 0.5-fluid-ounce bottle. Consumers are advised to look for UPC code 50428432365, lot number 173089J, and an expiration date of 09/19. The product comes in a white bottle with an orange label showing the words "Sinus Relief" in white and "CVS Health" on top left of the label. 

Product Quest is arranging for return and replacement of all recalled products.
