Eagles Add University of Delaware Alum Worrilow To Linebacker Corps

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a one-year deal with veteran linebacker Paul Worrilow. 

Worrilow, 27, is entering his sixth season in the NFL. His first four were spent with the Atlanta Falcons. He played in Detroit in 2017, starting eight games for the Lions.

Worrilow is a Wilmington, Delaware native who was a star during his college days at the University of Delaware. He signed with the Falcons as a rookie free agent out of college.

He has played 72 games in his five NFL seasons, starting 52. He had 142 tackles in 2014.
