PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- The Eagles have flown across the pond and Birds fans are chirping all throughout London ahead of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

From Eagles chants on the plane, to taking over bars in London, a flock of Eagles are making their presence known and giving each other the royal treatment.

"I visited Kensington Palace this morning, and I couldn't even count the amount of 'Go Birds' I received inside there," said Sean Redden of Mullica Hill, New Jersey.

Redden says nobody travels better than Eagles fans.

"I think this right here proves it," he said. "I seen a stat on StubHub that said almost 54 percent of their tickets sold are coming from the Philadelphia area."

George Bardissi of Hatfield was in Minnesota when the Eagles beat the Patriots in Super Bowl LII.

"It feels very much like a Super Bowl type atmosphere from the Eagles' perspective," Bardissi said. "I mean it's just predominantly Eagles fans. You're not seeing a lot of the other team."

He says there's been a bit of bar hopping and taking in the local scenery, with plenty of green and chanting mixed in.

"Everybody's celebrating," Bardissi said, "and now we just need a win!"

And fans says they are pleasantly surprised by how friendly London locals have been and how eager they are to ask questions and learn about American football.
