PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The storm doesn't look too bad in the Delaware Valley, but PennDOT crews are still out in full force.

Ayanna Williams from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says they have 300 trucks out making sure the roads are clear for drivers, with most of them further south.

"South of Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties saw the worst of it. The storm came up from the north, so the southern parts of the counties actually saw the brunt," Williams said.

She says much of the cleanup work was overnight.

"Conditions are improving. Crews will continue to be out and monitor to do cleanup in the duration of the storm," she said.

But, if anything changes, she says they're prepared with over 100 additional trucks on hand.

"If you happen to be behind a plow truck, don't try to pass our plow truck. Stay at least 6 car lengths behind," she advised.
