PAULSBORO, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — A fatal weekend stabbing in Gloucester County has landed four men behind bars.

The county prosecutor announced in a press release the arrests in the death of 19-year-old Amir Tarpley of Paulsboro, New Jersey.

He was stabbed during a fight Sunday afternoon on West New Street in the borough over what still remains unclear.

Local police arrested twin 18-year-old brothers Aaron and Archie Hickox, along with 18-year-old Kishon Pierce and 42-year-old Arteste Ruffin, all of Paulsboro.

They're charged — for now — with aggravated assault, though the charge could be upgraded.

An autopsy indicated Tarpley's death was a homicide, caused by a stab wound to the chest.

All four are held pending detention hearings.
