PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A fourth woman has reported being grabbed by a man on the street in the Francisville neighborhood of Philadelphia. The series of attempted abductions and unwelcome advances has the neighborhood on edge.

Philadelphia police say they need help tracking the man down.

"He gets super close and, like, touches me. So, I back up, and I'm like, 'What are you doing? Don't touch me,'" Medina Oyefusi said to CBS 3.

This has been happening in the area near 15th and Brown streets during the day, and some incidents have been caught on camera. People on the block know who's doing it, and nobody seems surprised.

"He's always had a problem with, like, mental health and like drug abuse," Oyefusi said.

Police still haven't been able to find him. Special Victims Unit detectives have been combing the area but so far have had no luck. Police want to hear from anyone who knows where to find him.
