PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police have posted a chilling video in which man was dragged by the neck, choked until he passed out and robbed early Tuesday morning in Juniata Park.

They are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect.

Around 3 a.m. Tuesday, surveillance footage shows a dark Dodge Challenger with a rear spoiler backing into a parking spot at the Liberty gas station on East Hunting Park Avenue.

A stocky, bearded man in his 20s gets out and walks around the property. He spots the victim, who is leaning over the roof his car, looking at a tablet or iPad. The suspect grabs him in a chokehold from behind and drags him across the lot to near where he's parked.

Police say he took the victim's wallet, which held about $300, and drove off. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
