PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Montgomery County man gets probation after he pleads guilty to using his phone to peep on women using a bathroom in an office building.

Ramit Sarder, 21, of Lansdale gets three years probation as part of a plea agreement to two counts of invasion of privacy.

According to court documents, the investigation began on July 30, 2018.

A woman was using the bathroom at the Century Plaza building on West Main Street in Lansdale when she saw a phone under the partition.

She told police she confronted the man but he ran out of the building.

Investigators say Sarder told police he'd only recorded that day, but they found several videos on his phone.

In addition to probation, Sarder will have to register as a sex offender for the next 15 years.
