PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man captured on security video using a baby stroller to help him steal TVs from the Mann Center in West Philadelphia.

Southwest detectives say the brazen thief pushed a double-seat baby stroller onto the Mann property during daylight hours on July 9, made his way inside an area where vendors tents were set up and helped himself to three TVs.

Video released by the cops on Tuesday shows him coming out of one of the tents with a hand truck with the TVs stacked on it. He pushes the hand truck to a fence and takes the TVs off one at a time and pushes them outside the fence through a space between the fence and the ground.

Then, the video shows him retrieving the TVs on the other side and then pushing the baby stroller, with the TVs now stacked on it and wheeling the TVs away.

If you recognize the man in the video, police ask that you contact them.
