PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philly rapper Meek Mill's "Legends Of The Summer" EP has debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard 200. The four-song EP, his fifth project to hit the top 10, is a warm-up to full-length album, which is expected to drop later in the year.

Billboard also reports that rival Drake's "Scorpion" kept its No. 1 spot for a second week.
