Pa. Supreme Court denies Cosby bail while he appeals conviction

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) -- Bill Cosby will not be let out on bail while his appeal is heard.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday denied his request to be allowed out on bail while he challenges his aggravated indecent assault conviction.

Cosby has been in SCI Phoenix since September, the state prison in Montgomery County that replaced Graterford.

He is serving a three-to-10 year prison sentence after he was convicted of giving a woman pills at his Elkins Park home, and then molesting her while she was incapacitated.
