John McDevitt/KYW Newsradio
UPDATED: 3:30 p.m.
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) —There has been an arrest in connection with a triple murder that took place in Tioga over the weekend. A man renting a room from one of the victims has been charged.
Authorities tell us 23-year-old Tahzay Young was arrested without incident at 16th and Chestnut streets in Center City.
He was on a shopping spree, police say, using 92-year-old Warren Harrison's credit card. Mr. Harrison, 57-year-old Earl Cottle and 60-year-old Kadijah Abdullah were murdered inside Mr. Harrison's West Venango Street home.

Young has been charged with the three murders and theft charges.
"Mr. Young had three priors. He had a 2014 theft arrest, followed by two contempts which were just basically failure to appear in court, and he was released in July of this year from prison," said Homicide Capt. Jack Ryan.
Captain Ryan says its unclear how long Young lived at the house and adds that he was in the process of being evicted by Mr. Harrison.
