PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Fans packed into a Belgium bar Tuesday to watch their team play in the semifinals.

Even though the outcome wasn't to their liking, dozens of people filled The Belgium Cafe in Fairmount to see their team play against France.

"It's lovely that all these people are down to drink Belgium beers and watch Belgium soccer," said bar-goer Tim, who lived in Belgium for 17 years.

He said it was heartbreaking to see his team lose, but he's proud of them for their play throughout the World Cup.

Sean added that he could not have picked a better place to watch the game, because even with a loss, their morale remains high.

"It's euphoric, honestly," he said. "I get to watch the game that I played and watched my whole entire life and I get to be there with all these Belgium people that came in from Belgium."

The French team will now face the winner of the England and Croatia match.
