PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police have found a car they say was involved in a deadly hit-and-run in North Philadelphia this weekend. They're still trying to figure out who was behind the wheel.

A 37-year-old man was struck and killed around 12:30 a.m. Saturday on Broad Street near Champlost Avenue while he was crossing the street, according to police.

This is the third fatal hit-and-run on along North Broad this month.

Neighbor Geraldine Edens told CBS 3 Eyewitness News something needs to be done.

"They think this is the second expressway, and I'm fed up with it," she said.

It's not clear if the victim was using the crosswalk.
