Philly ranks as fourth-worst city to drive in

Raleigh, North Carolina, tops the list as the best city for drivers.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Does navigating through the city leave you frustrated? 

A study just released by Wallethub.com ranks Philadelphia the fourth worst city in the nation for driving.

According to statistics, Philadelphia performs poorly in cost of ownership, traffic and infrastructure, and safety. 

New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., all finished in the bottom 10, but ahead of Philly.

The worst city to drive in: Detroit. 

Raleigh, North Carolina, tops the list as the best city for drivers.
