BENSALEM, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Rakim Allen, the Philly rapper known as PnB Rock, was arrested Sunday on drug and gun charges.

The Bensalem Police Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at his house on Konefal Street, where they found 4 pounds of marijuana, scales, packaging material, more than $33,000 in cash, and a stolen .40 caliber Glock handgun.

Officers started the investigation in November 2018, after the Bensalem Township Police Department received numerous complaints of loud parties and the constant smell of marijuana coming from the upscale house, which Allen rents.

Allen, 27, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of narcotics, receiving stolen property of the handgun, criminal conspiracy, and other related offenses. His girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, 27, was also inside the residence at the time of the search, and she was charged with possession of narcotics, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy.

Bensalem Township Police Public Safety Director Fred Harran said authorities believe Allen received the pot from out-of-state sources and had been selling it for some time.

"What was interesting about this marijuana is that this is definitely not personal use. It was cases of like cat food," Harran added. "I think we got him at the end of his stash. And this stuff was all bundled up, being sold in small amounts. And this guy was definitely into the wrong business."

Allen's stage name is an acronym for Pastorius and Baynton, a street corner near where he grew up in Germantown.

His Twitter account retweeted a response to his arrest Monday morning:

Both Allen and Sibounheuang were taken to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at $50,000 each.
