PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Delaware County police are looking for the gunman who shot and killed a plumber in Colwyn on Sunday night.

It happened on Francis Street as the victim, Frank Powell, was finishing up his work for the day. Police say Powell was going into the back of his work van, when someone in a hoodie approached and fired two shots.

Powell's brother, Joe Rogers, says this appeared to be unprovoked.

"It didn't call for taking his life. You don't take a person's life over something foolish. And I  know it was something foolish because my brother was not a violent person,"shes said,

Rogers is a pastor and had these words for the gunman.

"They will find you and I pray for you and I pray for your family, because you are lost. You just took a peron';s life. Not only did you hurt him, you hurt his whole family."

Police are now checking surveillance video in efforts to identify the suspect.
