Police go door-to-door searching for missing 7-year-old

Officers will be going door-to-door in their search for 7-year-old Dominique Johnson, who was last seen at home on Ashmead Street near Germantown Avenue.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a little boy from the city's Germantown section who went missing Saturday.

Officers will be going door-to-door in their search for 7-year-old Dominique Johnson, who was last seen at home on Ashmead Street near Germantown Avenue. 

The boy, also known as DJ, has black hair and brown eyes, is 4 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 94 pounds. He was wearing black pants, a blue shirt with the words "Eat, Sleep, Ball" printed on the front, and black and gray Jordan sneakers. He may also have a black, red and silver BMX-style bike.

Anyone with information on Dominique's whereabouts is asked to call Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3140 or call 911.

UPDATE May 13, 12:30 p.m.: Dominique has been found unharmed.
