PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are looking for two men who put skimming devices in ATMs in the city's northeast, and used them to steal from several people's bank accounts.

It happened at the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union on Roosevelt Blvd, near Rhawn Street.

A skimmer is an electronic devide attached to an ATM that reads a user's card. A small camera nearby records people as they punch in their PINs.

Authorities say the pair attached the skimmers early in the morning on June 27. Cops reviewed a registry of ATM transactions to determine when the machine was compromised and which users were affected.

Police released surveillance video of the duo.
