PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help finding a man who has been missing since Wednesday morning.

Police say 60-year-old Gerald Fomalont, who has cerebral palsy, was last seen in the area of Southampton Road and Roosevelt Boulevard around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Fomalont was wearing a black nylon jacket, tan pants and loafers. He is also slightly developmentally disabled. Investigators fear he may have spent the last few days outside in the frigid winter conditions.

Anyone with information is urged to call Northeast Detectives Division at 215-686-3153, or dial 911.
