Second suspect charged in Trenton arts festival shooting

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the mass shooting at Trenton's Art All Night festival last weekend. 

Davone White, 26, of Trenton is charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a large-capacity magazine and other crimes. He remains hospitalized in stable condition.

Amir Armstrong, 23, was charged Sunday with weapons offenses. He is hospitalized in critical condition. No court date has been set for either man. 

Another suspect, Tahaji Wells, was killed in the shooting. 

The shooting left 22 people injured, 17 of them shot. Investigators say it was a shootout between neighborhood gangs.
