PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Playing is serious business for the Eagles, so they invited 125 kids from five area schools out for the NFL's Play 60 Field Day Challenge.

The event at Lincoln Financial Field promotes exercise and healthy living.

Kids in attendance were passionate and enthusiastic about all they got to experience:

"First, that obstacle course thing where you had to juke those punching bags and all that, like dive into the end zone. And then do those step thingys."

(Those "step thingys" are called the ladder drill.)

"We have so much fun stuff to do, and apparently there's going to be something special at 2."

That something special was a visit from Eagles players, including running back Donnel Pumphrey, who remembered getting excited about things just like this.

"I was once in their exact same position looking up to somebody," he said. "It's just cool to give back."
