PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- Lions, tigers and beers. One of the Philadelphia Zoo's biggest fundraising efforts takes place next weekend.

The Philadelphia Zoo's annual Summer Ale Festival returns on Saturday June 22 from 7 to 10 p.m.

"Festival goers can just go wild for craft beer and cider," said Dana Lombardo, with the zoo. "There are more than 120 selections from over 70 regional and national breweries that will be on site that day, and it's just a really, really great way to visit the zoo and support it as well."

But you'll have to leave the kids at home for this trip to the zoo. It's a 21 and over event.

"So you'll see the animals out enjoying their exhibits," Lombardo explained. "You'll hear live music, a disc jockey. You'll have delicious bites from some of Philly's top food trucks. Food is available for purchase. It is really a memorable night."

Tickets are not available at the gate. They can only be purchased at the Philadelphia Zoo's website.
