PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- There are lots of things other than sledding to do out in the snow.

When Chris D'Antonio saw the snow, he says he threw his paints in his backpack and set up and easel.

"Yeah, this is the painting that I just did of the Philadelphia Art Museum,” he said. “It's a little snowscape, its oil on panel."

He says the snow is beautiful but it’s very cold.

"Usually I paint a little longer, like my toes are freezing right now so I'm packing up to go back home," he said.

Over at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, we ran into Eugenio Bravo, a tourist from Mexico.

Reporter: You're running up the Art Museum steps in a t-shirt!

"Yes, I am doing that -- like crazy," he said.

Reporter:  Why?

"You know, I am here in Philadelphia, I haven't been here and I know Rocky did it, so it's funny," he said.

Antonio Disando of Maryland says he didn't expect a snow day.

"Nope,” he said. “Ignoring the fact that I'm a little uncomfortable but I like the view.  It's nice, very pretty."
