PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities have broken up an alleged brothel operating out of a spa in Ocean City, N.J.

The Cape May County Prosecutor's Office alleges that customers could pay to engage in sexual activities with woman who were working at the L&G Spa on East 9th Street in Ocean City.

That was the finding of an investigation sparked back in July by tips reported to authorities. Last Thursday a search warrant was executed at the business, and 61-year-old Grace Li was taken into custody. She's facing charges of running a house of prostitution.

If Li is convicted of the third-degree felony, she would face three to five years in state prison.
