PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia Police are asking for your help identifying an arson suspect who set items on fire inside a West Oak Lane store in a pretty strange way.

The incident happened Nov. 20., and police just released the surveillance video.

On that video is a woman authorities are calling a "disgruntled customer," who is seen igniting a can of hearsay with a lighter inside the store on West 65th Avenue, close to Stenton Avenue.

She then uses that as a torch to burn items on the other side of a counter right at the store's entrance.

"It looks like she was deliberately trying to set the fire and make it go ablaze," said Philadelphia Police Capt. Sekou Kinebrew

After doing that for a good 25 seconds or so, "she actually just stands back and leans against the wall in the establishment," Kinebrew said.

She did eventually get away, and nobody was injured.

Now, police are asking if you have any idea who this woman is, to let them know.
