Anthony Scaramucci is coming out swinging against President Trump, saying he’s gone “off the rails” and that he does not support his reelection bid.

The former White House Communications Director, who has a RADIO.COM podcast, “Mooch and the Mrs.,” has been firing up his thumbs and taking to Twitter with his concerns, as well as bringing them to national TV programs.

In an interview with CNN on Monday, Scaramucci was asked if he was “no longer an active supporter of President Trump and his reelection bid,” to which the former White House communications director responded, “I think that’s pretty obvious from over the weekend.

He continued, “The guy’s actually dissembling a little bit, and he’s sounding more and more nonsensical. And, you know, we’re sort of anesthetized to it.”

On Sunday, Scaramucci retweeted President Trump after he was called out by name, saying, “He knows very little about me.” The criticism comes following Scaramucci’s comments on Trump’s El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio visits, calling them a “total catastrophe.”

Scaramucci’s comments begin, “For the last 3 years I have fully supported this President.”

He continues, “Recently he has said things that divide the country in a way that is unacceptable. So I didn’t pass the 100% litmus test. Eventually he turns on everyone and soon it will be you and then the entire country.”

Scaramucci also appeared on “Real Time With Bill Maher” Friday, where he challenged Maher’s desire for another recession over a Trump reelection in 2020. Scaramucci responds, “Bill, you don’t really want a recession.”

Maher responds, “I do. We have survived many recessions. We can’t survive another Donald Trump term.”

Scaramucci proceeds with his comments on Twitter up until Monday morning when he said, “I tried to see the best in @realDonaldTrump based on private interactions and select policy alignment. But his increasingly divisive rhetoric – and damage it’s doing to fabric of our society – outweighs any short-term economic gain.”
