Do yoga, drink mimosas: Free classes at Bourse each Saturday in February

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — There's no better reward for an intense calorie-cutting workout than a boozy brunch.

The Bourse's newly opened food hall and SWEAT Fitness are teaming up to provide just that: SWEAT + SIP.

The month-long pop-up event offers free yoga classes from 9 to 10 a.m. every Saturday in February under the atrium in The Bourse’s main dining hall, which dates back to 1895. The classes will be led by a SWEAT trainer.

Following the workout, participants will receive a complimentary mimosa or bloody mary from Grubhouse, one of The Bourse's new vendors. Yogis can also get a taste of the food hall before it gets packed during the lunch rush.

Tickets will become available at noon on the Monday ahead of the class that week, which can be found here.

And don't forget: SWEAT + SIP is BYOM (bring your own mat).
