ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — Vans Warped Tour marked its final nationwide, summer-long run last year, but the festival is far from gone.

Warped Tour will celebrate its 25th anniversary with five days of festival events this summer, including two days in Atlantic City.

The events begin at Cleveland's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on June 8, then continue at the Atlantic City Beach on June 29 and 30. The tour wraps up in Mountain View, California, at the Shoreline Amphitheatre on July 20 and 21.

Warped Tour announced last year that 2018 would be the punk rock festival's last full, jam-packed summer as a cross-country touring festival, but these three cities were chosen as locales for mini events.

Atlantic City Beach is the only stop on the East Coast.

"With the (Vans Warped Tour) 25th Anniversary events, we want to bring the atmosphere of a classic Warped Tour show, but on a scale that our fans simply could not get with a national tour," said founder Kevin Lyman. "The bands, the special attractions, everything — we want to bring back elements that have made the Warped Tour, Warped Tour, over the past 25 years."

The two-day stay in Atlantic City will feature more than 50 bands on multiple stages. The official lineup will be revealed March 1 when tickets go on sale. Pre-sale tickets will be available Feb. 25.
