PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- Juliette is 10 years old and she loves cooking.

"I can't tell you the secret recipe," she says slyly, as she shares her recipe for stuffed peppers.

When she grows up, she knows she wants to do good for others.

"I want to probably be an EMT or a nurse," Juliette says, "because I want to help people."

She wants to join the basketball team and she imagines a forever family cheering her on from the stands.

"It would just feel (like a) comfort to me," she says. "Like, encouraging me to do something and not putting me down, but pushing me up to be bright."

She tells her social worker, Emily Benanchietti, that she would like to have a big family.

"I think a two-parent family would be good for Julie," Benanchietti says.

"Yeah, like two people: a mom and a dad," Juliette says, "And then like cousins and stuff."

Benanchietti: "An extended family you could play with."

"Like cousins," Juliette says. "Like they have cousins and aunts and uncles."
