Tuesday, May 19th
The trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange has been closed for a couple of months as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, but it's set to partially reopen on Tuesday, May 26. As the Exchange opens its doors again, there are protocols that brokers need to follow -- and one of the protocols that stuck out to us is that people are not allowed to use public transportation to get to the trading floor. This begged a bunch of questions, like... can they do that? Is that even legal? And how is it going to be enforced? Ann Juliano, Professor of Law at Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law joins KYW In Depth to answer those questions and more.
