KYW Newsradio community affairs reporter Cherri Gregg reports th eCecil B. Moore station on SEPTA's Broad Street Line has a couple of new additions, historical panels detailing the life and legacy of its namesake. Cecil Moore was an icon- and a fighter for the underprivileged and Black folks at a tumultuous time in Philadelphia history. But those who knew him say- he was a rogue fighter. Included in this Flashpoint Extra are stories from Dr. Walter Palmer and Karen Asper Jordan, two who knew Moore well.
