Negotiations come down to the wire over affordable housing bill

Negotiations are going down to the wire between Mayor Jim Kenney and city council, over a bill to create more affordable housing. Council has passed a bill imposing a one percent tax on new construction to pay for affordable housing. The mayor opposes it. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports he has less than 24 hours to decide whether to veto it.
