New Jersey governor declares state of emergency for counties hit hard by flooding

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has declared a state of emergency for Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties. This after overnight rains led to extreme flooding in those areas. KYW Newsradio’s David Madden reports from Lumberton where the rains flooded the Rancocas Creek.
