Pa., NJ lose their fight in Supreme Court to preserve birth control coverage for more women

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of broad new exemptions to birth control coverage in employer health plans, in a case brought by Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro. The court ruled 7-to-2 in favor of the Philadelphia-based Little Sisters of the Poor. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports.
