PES refinery clean up continues with rare, risky process to destroy toxic chemical

The future of the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery is in doubt but clean-up from the June explosion and fire continues. It's focused on disposing of tens of thousands of gallons of highly toxic hydrofluoric acid. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports the process being used is rare and dangerous.
