Philadelphia's city commissioners voted to buy new voting machines, Wednesday, over the objections of the city controller and several concerned voters. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports the commissioners went with a Nebraska company that's been the focus of criticism about ballot security.
