Philly Republicans hope to turn tide with first woman to lead major party in city

The Philadelphia Republican Party has elected a popular state representative to be its new chairman, after a leadership shakeup prompted by the loss of one of its few City Council seats last week. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports she is the first woman to lead a major party in the city.
